Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If VendorReadyHQ is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your order date and we will refund that payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request one at paddle.net using the email address on your order, or email us at support@vendorreadyhq.com and we will arrange it for you.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Billing inside your workspace. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Renewals

If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will review it with you.
